Armenian Ambassador and Iranian President's Advisor Discuss New Issues in Relations
On November 17, Armenian Ambassador Artashes Tumanyan met with Hesamedin Ashnaei, advisor to the President of Iran and Director of the Strategic Research Center, at the center's premises. This was reported by the Armenian Embassy in Iran.
During the private conversation between the Armenian Ambassador and the Iranian advisor, as well as a meeting with experts from the Strategic Research Center, new agenda issues in Armenian-Iranian relations were discussed in the context of the joint statement made by the leaders of Armenia, Nagorno-Karabakh, and Russia on November 10 regarding the cessation of military activities in Nagorno-Karabakh.
The conversation also addressed the actions that both sides should take to respond to global and regional new challenges.
