Traffic to Artsakh Permitted Only via Vardenis-Sotk-Karvachar Road

The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that the roads in the territory of Armenia are passable. Traffic to Artsakh is permitted only via the Vardenis-Sotk-Karvachar road.

Regarding Lars, according to information received from the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs' Emergency Management Department and the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry's North Ossetia Crisis Management Center, due to the state of emergency, the Stepanantsminda-Lars road is open only for freight transport.

According to the information from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, the decision to prohibit the entry of foreigners into Georgia remains in effect. The ban does not apply to freight transportation.
