Spain's Parliament Approves Motion to Halt Arms Sales to Azerbaijan

Spain's Congress has approved a proposal to send humanitarian aid to Artsakh and to cease arms sales to Azerbaijan, introduced by Deputy Jon Inarritu. This was reported by the Armenian Embassy in Spain.

The Spanish parliamentarian emphasized the urgency of providing humanitarian assistance to displaced families and the involvement of international organizations in this matter. 'The world cannot continue to look the other way,' he stated.

Inarritu had previously mentioned that he witnessed the destruction of civilian infrastructure and shelling in the city of Artsakh, expressing his support and solidarity with the region.
