The operational headquarters in the Republic of Artsakh continues its work on coordinating the return of the civilian population, ensuring them with essential supplies and food, as well as providing living conditions for those who have lost their homes due to the war, alongside efforts to restore infrastructure. The Ministry of Territorial Administration and Development is responsible for registering residential houses and apartments, cataloging issues, and resolving current problems. Tomorrow, the ministry will present detailed information to the public in the form of a statement.
