The former Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan has published a photo of his resignation letter on his Twitter microblog, revealing that the letter is dated November 10, immediately after the signing of the trilateral statement.
“My resignation as Deputy Foreign Minister on November 10 was accepted,” the former deputy minister noted on Twitter.
