My Family Has Returned to Stepanakert: We Must Continue to Live in Artsakh - Harutyunyan

The President of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, has stated on his Facebook page:

“Dear compatriots, today my family has returned to Stepanakert. After a great ordeal, Artsakh must live on, and regardless of the current situation, we will confidently build the future of our children. I have also appealed to all government officials to take measures in the coming days for families to settle back in their native homes. We must continue to create and sustain life in Artsakh.”
