Mechanisms of State Support for the Population Discussed with the Artsakh President
The President of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, held an extended working consultation today to discuss the mechanisms of state support for the population in overcoming the social situation during the post-war period.
“We have made the following decisions: A) All communal services (natural gas, electricity, water, etc.) and communication services (mobile and fixed connection, internet) will be free for the population for the next year, subject to reasonable volume limitations. B) Financial support will be provided to those needy families whose minimum income per person is below 60,000 AMD. C) All citizens left homeless will receive a one-time state support of 300,000 AMD per person. D) Restoration work for residential houses damaged during military operations will start in the coming days. I have also instructed to resolve all infrastructural issues in the short term,” reported the President of Artsakh.
