Even Armenia Has Not Recognized the Independence of Nagorno-Karabakh, Says Russian President

“Even Armenia has not recognized the independence of Karabakh. What does this mean from the perspective of international law? That Azerbaijan has regained the territories that it and the entire international community consider to be Azerbaijan’s territory,” said Russian President Vladimir Putin during an interview with Russia 24.

“Azerbaijan is an independent, sovereign state and has the right to choose its allies as it sees fit,” he added.
