Armen Grigoryan Reports on the Situation in Artsakh at CSTO Security Council Secretaries' Meeting
Today, the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, participated online in the meeting of the CSTO Security Council Secretaries' Committee.
During the meeting, the Secretary discussed the topic of "Collective Security Challenges and Threats, and Measures to Counter Them." In his speech, Grigoryan presented the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh following the war initiated by Azerbaijan and Turkey on September 27, emphasizing Turkey's negative impact on regional security.
He highlighted the important role of the Russian Federation in establishing peace in the region.
