An Urgent Request has been Submitted to the ECHR Against Azerbaijan

The Representative Office of Armenia at the ECHR has announced that an urgent request has been submitted to the ECHR today against Azerbaijan, demanding measures to ensure the right to life of 10 citizens who went missing in the Goris-Shushi section on November 11 and to refrain from inhuman treatment towards them.
