Agreement Reached to Carry Out Humanitarian Work in Settlements

The Director of the State Emergency Service of Artsakh, Major General Karen Sargsyan, received the Director of the Department of Rescue Formations of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation, Lieutenant General Igor Kutrovsky, and the Director of the International Activities Department of the Russian Federation's Ministry of Emergency Situations, Lieutenant General Vladimir Solovyov, today. This was reported by the Artsakh State Emergency Service.

During the meeting, which was also attended by the Minister of Health of Artsakh, Ararat Ohanyan, several issues related to rescue and healthcare sectors were discussed. An agreement was reached to carry out humanitarian work in Stepanakert and other settlements in the coming days, aimed at ensuring the safe living conditions of the civilian population.
