The Prime Minister's Post is Simply a Thank You, Eduard Aghajanyan
The Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister of Armenia, Eduard Aghajanyan, made a post on his Facebook page clarifying Prime Minister Pashinyan's recent statement. He assured that the post was misinterpreted and it was simply a gesture of gratitude to the heroic soldiers.
“Dear citizens, numerous contradictory interpretations have emerged regarding the Prime Minister's latest post. Many view it as an attempt to incite a civil war. I assure you that this is a misinterpretation. The post is simply a thank you to those heroic guys who, after weeks of being on the front line, continue to demonstrate a strong civic consciousness by calling on the rear not to fall for provocations, not to attempt to destabilize the internal political situation and to unite for the sake of Armenia and Artsakh.”
“At the same time, during these days, the law enforcement bodies of the Republic of Armenia are engaged in preventing any internal clashes and eliminating the existence of armed groups. Dear compatriots, the numerous problems facing Armenia and Artsakh can only be solved in an environment of internal political stability and when we consolidate our full potential. Therefore, once again, I urge everyone to refrain from inciting hatred, violence, and divisive activities. Sanity to all of us.”
