Security Council Secretary and Justice Minister of Artsakh Dismissed from Positions

On November 16, President of the Republic of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan signed a decree dismissing Samvel Babayan from the position of Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Artsakh, according to his resignation request, as reported by the presidential administration.

In another decree, the President dismissed Siran Avetisyan from the position of Minister of Justice of the Republic of Artsakh, also following his resignation request.
