Samvel Babayan Dismissed from Position of Secretary of Artsakh Security Council at His Request
The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, signed a decree on November 16, dismissing Samvel Andraniki Babayan from the position of Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Artsakh, in accordance with his application.
In another decree, the President dismissed Syuran Haiki Avetisyan from the position of Minister of Justice of the Republic of Artsakh, also at his own request.
