President Signs Decree to Dismiss Zohrab Mnatsakanyan from Office
Based on the Prime Minister's proposal and in accordance with Article 131 of the Constitution, as well as part 1 of Article 5 of the law on the 'Structure and Activities of the Government', President Armen Sarkissian has signed a decree which states that Zohrab Mnatsakanyan is dismissed from the position of Minister of Foreign Affairs.
