The Minister of Emergency Situations, Felix Tsolakyan, has not submitted a resignation letter. In response to Tert.am's inquiry about the veracity of rumors regarding his resignation, the Minister stated: 'If there is a letter, you will know.'
When asked whether he intends to submit a resignation letter, Tsolakyan replied, 'If there is a letter, you will know.'
