In the past month, support has been provided to our compatriots from Artsakh who have found themselves in difficult life situations, including shelter, medical treatment, and social services, as reported by the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of Armenia, Zaruhi Batoyan, on her Facebook page.
She noted that currently, 97 elderly and disabled individuals from Artsakh are living in the care facilities of the ministry's system.
“22 beneficiaries from 2 night shelters in Kashatagh have been transferred to Armenia, with care being organized by the partner organization 'SOS Children's Villages'. The living conditions and necessary services for both adults and children will be provided until the necessary arrangements for their return to Artsakh are established,” she wrote.
