Azerbaijan President and Commander of Russian Peacekeeping Forces Meet Again

In the context of consultations with the Russian peacekeeping forces that arrived in Artsakh to monitor the ceasefire regime, I received the commander of the Russian peacekeeping forces, Lieutenant General Rustam Muradov today. This was reported by the President of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan.

“During the meeting, we discussed a wide range of issues related to the deployment of the Russian peacekeeping forces, as well as their observational and humanitarian functions aimed at ensuring security. Both sides emphasized the importance of restoring civilian infrastructure in Artsakh and creating favorable conditions for the normal life of the population, and the need to take effective steps in that direction,” he wrote.
