VIDEO: The Outskirts of Shushi and Stepanakert Two Days After the Ceasefire

Shushi fell on November 7. Azerbaijani forces, having amassed several thousand troops in the fortress city, began to approach Stepanakert. The Armenian political and military leadership had no alternative but to agree to the proposed ceasefire conditions. The alternative was the loss of Stepanakert.
On the morning of November 11, CivilNet's Tatul Hakobyan and Levon Arshakyan ascended towards Shushi, which is entirely under the control of Azerbaijani forces, even including the well-known tank approaches at the roadside. They also captured footage of the capital city of Artsakh, Stepanakert, two days after the ceasefire.
