Late yesterday evening, the first President of Armenia, Levon Ter-Petrosyan, was visited by the former President of Artsakh, Arkadi Ghukasyan, who expressed his concerns regarding the situation in Artsakh. Ghukasyan presented specific proposals regarding the expected actions from the Armenian authorities.
