US Embassy Staff Meets with Residents of Hadrut, Shares Ambassador's Plans for Discussion

Residents of Hadrut gathered in front of the US Embassy in Armenia met with an embassy staff member who listened to their concerns and stated that the ambassador is interested in resolving the issue and will hold a discussion soon, to which they can also participate. This was reported by Hadrut women during a conversation with journalists in front of the embassy.

The residents delivered a letter addressed to the ambassador to the embassy staff. They demand the deoccupation of Hadrut from the Azerbaijani terrorist state.

“Hadrut has always been Armenian. If the logic of negotiations over these years has been mutual concessions, and we were unable to achieve that on the battlefield, then it is necessary to discuss the issue at the table that Hadrut should be part of the territory of the Republic of Artsakh,” noted one of the participants in the action.
