Robert Kocharian Meets with Former Presidents of Artsakh and Serzh Sargsyan

Yesterday, Robert Kocharian had meetings with the former Presidents of Artsakh, Arkadi Ghukasyan and Bako Sahakyan, at their initiative. A meeting was also held with the participation of the third President, Serzh Sargsyan.
