On October 19, in interviews with TASS, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev expressed their willingness to meet in Moscow and negotiate over the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. Following the statements, there were reports that the leaders' meeting in Moscow would take place on October 22.
Prime Minister Pashinyan's spokesperson, Mane Gevorgyan, responded to the information by stating that it does not correspond to reality. “If a meeting is planned in Moscow or another city, the public will be informed about it,” Gevorgyan noted.
