Levon Ter-Petrosyan Meets with Arkady Ghukasian and Bako Sahakyan
A meeting-consultation was held between Levon Ter-Petrosyan and the Presidents of the Artsakh Republic, Arkady Ghukasian and Bako Sahakyan, driven by the necessity to find a way out of the heightened tensions surrounding Nagorno-Karabakh. This was reported by Arman Musinyan, spokesperson for the first president, on his Facebook page.
