Turkey's Foreign Currency Reserves Have Already Decreased by Around $10 Billion: Artak Manukyan
WRed
Member of Parliament from the 'My Step' faction, Artak Manukyan, has posted on his Facebook page, informing that Turkey's foreign currency reserves have already decreased by around $10 billion.
"The lira is declining, which, apart from Turkey's political adventurism, is also due to the low generation of foreign currency in the economy resulting from reduced tourist flows. At the same time, the country is experiencing quite high inflation (around 37%). In this context, the imposition of economic sanctions by countries (especially European) will further exacerbate Turkey's economic problems. Therefore, #SanctionTurkey," wrote the MP.
