In the event of Azerbaijan maintaining the humanitarian ceasefire regime, the Artsakh Defense Army is prepared to provide a humanitarian corridor to the Azerbaijani troops surrounded in the blockade. This was stated by Vahram Poghosyan, spokesperson for the President of the Republic of Artsakh, in an interview with Armenpress.
“If Azerbaijan adheres to the humanitarian ceasefire from the proposed time, the Defense Army is ready to provide a humanitarian corridor to the Azerbaijani troops who are surrounded,” said Poghosyan.
The Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan have agreed to establish a humanitarian ceasefire from October 18 at 00:00 local time.
