Talish Is Not Under Azerbaijani Control
Talish village is not under Azerbaijani control. This was stated by the Ministry of Defense representative, Artsrun Hovhannisyan, during a press conference held a short while ago.
According to him, Azerbaijani troops are present in the outskirts of the village because we have made corresponding troop redeployments in the Talish-Mataghis direction to the north. Consequently, such videos may emerge.
