Specific Movements and Provocations on the Armenian-Azerbaijani Border: Artsrun Hovhannisyan
There are no combat operations on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, but there are specific movements, particularly reconnaissance operations and provocations, stated Defense Ministry representative Artsrun Hovhannisyan during a briefing on the Armenian Unified Information Platform. He added that our armed forces are fulfilling their duties at a high level.
In response to a question about changes in positions, Hovhannisyan said, “I cannot present anything regarding positions and lines, there is a war, and positional changes happen very frequently. We might take that position one hour later, and we can bypass it the next hour, and so on.”
The Defense Ministry representative indicated that there are troop movements and battle formations along the entire length of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, and according to him, there may be various mercenary terrorists brought from different locations within them.
Addressing the fake news circulating on the internet, Hovhannisyan noted that, fortunately, the level of awareness among our citizens is high, and while provocations do occur, they are also attempting to neutralize them.
In response to a question about how many days the enemy's capabilities would last, Hovhannisyan stated that our military knows well and will calculate accordingly.
