Four Civilian Casualties Reported, Arman Tatoyan

Four civilian casualties have been reported, with the lives of children, women, and elderly individuals at risk. Among the deceased and dozens of injured are women, children, and the elderly. These actions are accompanied by strikes targeting critical objects vital for the survival of the civilian population or aimed at paralyzing them.
