Political Scandal: Constitutional Court Official Participates in Protest Demanding Lukashenko's Resignation

A political scandal has erupted in Armenia due to a Constitutional Court official's involvement in a recent protest. Recently, some representatives of civil society, commonly referred to as Soros-affiliated, staged a demonstration in front of the Belarusian embassy in Yerevan, calling for the resignation of Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko.

The participants demanded the release of arrested opposition members from the Belarusian political authorities. According to information from Factinfo, the protest was joined by Armenak Minasyants, the head of the External Relations Department of the Constitutional Court of Armenia.

The demonstration took place during working hours, raising concerns about the official's responsibility. It appears that the head of the External Relations Department, who enjoys the patronage of Constitutional Court judge Vahe Grigoryan, chose to engage in activities interfering with another country's internal affairs instead of fulfilling his obligations. Moreover, he not only receives a salary from Armenia's state budget but is also embroiling the country in an international scandal.
