I Fully Agree with Gagik Tsarukyan's Proposal: Hrachya Hakobyan

Member of the National Assembly from the 'My Step' faction, Hrachya Hakobyan, wrote on his Facebook page: “Mr. Tsarukyan proposes to enshrine in the constitution that individuals with serious mental issues should not hold high positions. I completely agree. I believe we should also consider individuals with serious intellectual and mental challenges. It is truly worth noting.”
