A Very Dangerous Ghost Is Roaming in Armenia: The Ghost of Internal Enmity - Zohrabyan

Today, two years after the revolutionary "parade," we observe that there is no longer adequate debate in our country, no constructive discourse, only unbridled hatred, hostility, and the basest instinct to destroy each other. This was stated by NA Deputy Naira Zohrabyan on her Facebook page.

Zohrabyan’s post reads: "There is nothing more terrifying than a moral collapse. When all distinguishing values turn to nothing, they become extinct. Today, two years after the revolutionary parade, we note that there is no longer adequate debate in our country, no constructive discourse; there is only unbridled hatred, hostility, and the basest instinct to destroy each other. All possible moral brakes have been severed, all possible red lines erased; there is no longer a line beyond which moral stop signs can function. The final point of moral default has been crossed. When society is consistently seated on the needle of corruption, it kills the last drop of society's resilience. It is horrifying.

We have all entered a minefield of hatred, enmity, a deadly zone where we devour each other and ourselves. The radiation wave of this enmity, lies, deceit, immorality, irresponsibility, and universal subservience is worse than Chernobyl. There is nothing more disgusting than moral default. This is now a minefield on which we will all slowly explode. Today, a large part of society sublimates by spewing insults and filth. And this anthropological type is increasingly becoming numerous. Unfortunately.

This type operates with a Pavlovian instinct. They do not read texts. Rational thought and speech are equated to ancient Sumerian cuneiform script for them. Rational thought is their class enemy. This is bad, very bad, because the first stone in the external world’s defeat is laid at the moment when within you is the eternal hunt for enemies and the quest for foes. A whole class of empty-minded individuals with serious expressions eternally deliberates about the hybrid wars threatening us, not realizing that the most effective instrument of hybrid warfare is to tear apart your society from within and zero out public immunity.

I do not believe in the moral brakes of evil and unloved women, nor in the moral brakes of men burdened with an Oedipus complex. They have no brakes; for them, the normal hemisphere is rubbish—affliction. In other environments, they would suffocate, like a smothered fish out of water.

A very dangerous ghost is roaming in Armenia: the ghost of internal enmity, and the painful part is that a segment of society has a biological need for hatred and insult. If this is a deliberate political strategy, it is bad; if it is an uncontrollable chaos, it is a tragedy. The genie has long since been released from the bottle.
