187 New Cases of Coronavirus Confirmed in Armenia, 5 Deaths Reported

As of September 13, 187 new cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Armenia, bringing the total number of infected individuals to 45,862.

According to the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia, 5 citizens have died due to the virus in a single day, raising the total death toll to 916.

In addition, there was 1 case of a death due to another illness among patients infected with coronavirus, bringing the total number of such cases to 282 as of September 13. Overall, 6 people have died in the last day, with the total number of deaths reaching 1,198.

Regarding these death cases, it is reported that the patients were aged 59 (male), 81 (female), 53 (male), 70 (male), and 68 (female). All had accompanying chronic illnesses.

In the last day, 54 individuals have recovered, bringing the total number of recoveries to 410,659, while the number of patients currently receiving treatment is 3,005. A total of 3,681 tests were conducted in one day, with 238,312 tests conducted overall to date.
