The Rule of Serving Only the Elderly from 10 AM to 12 PM is Back in Effect, AADT Informs

During the quarantine, sanitary regulations aimed at preventing the spread of coronavirus were established by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Armenia in the decree of August 4, 2020.

As the body responsible for overseeing compliance with these regulations, the Health and Labor Inspectorate of the Republic of Armenia informs that the mentioned decree includes specific annexes outlining the mandatory sanitary rules applicable to various sectors. Non-compliance with these rules may result in administrative penalties as stipulated by the Law on Administrative Offenses, particularly Article 182.4.
