Protests Organized by LHK Demanding the Resignation of the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports

On September 16, a protest is taking place in front of the National Assembly of Armenia demanding the resignation of the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, Araik Harutyunyan. The demonstration supports the call for the minister’s resignation made by the "Enlightened Armenia" faction during a plenary session of the National Assembly.

It is noted that on the previous day, during press briefings in the Parliament, members of the "Enlightened Armenia" faction mentioned that political forces and individuals can join their protest in support of their demands.

The demand for the minister's resignation has arisen due to changes made in the school curriculum.
