Pashinyan on July Escalations: One Cannot Speak to Armenia and Artsakh in the Language of Force
WRed
The July escalations along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border in the Tavush direction reaffirmed the obvious: one cannot speak to Armenia and Artsakh in the language of force. This statement was made by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on September 16 during a session of the National Assembly, responding to questions from journalists.
The Prime Minister specifically noted, 'Azerbaijan claimed that it would resolve the Artsakh issue within 24 hours. It turned out that Azerbaijan was mistaken, and we were right.'
