Former Yerevan State University Rector Aram Simonian Charged
Former Yerevan State University (YSU) rector Aram Simonian has been charged, according to reports from Haykakan Zhamanak.
He is accused under the first part of the third section of Article 179 of the RA Criminal Code concerning embezzlement or misappropriation. A travel restriction to prevent him from leaving the country has been imposed as a precautionary measure.
