Belarus is not a member of the Council of Europe, Nikol Pashinyan corrects previous statement

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has shared a segment from a Q&A session in the National Assembly on his Facebook page, editing his previous statement in an accompanying note:

“Each state, including Armenia, is primarily guided by its national interests and concerns. I am referring to the question regarding the voting related to Belarus in the UN. Clarification: Belarus is not a member of the Council of Europe, as I mentioned in the video,” he wrote.
