Completion of Construction of 5 Schools Meeting Seismic Safety and Modern Standards

On the occasion of the start of the new academic year, I am pleased to announce that the construction of 5 schools meeting seismic safety and modern standards has been completed. This was stated by the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Suren Papikyan on his Facebook page.

"The 153rd school in Yerevan and the 7th school in Vanadzor are ready to open their doors to students, while the 7th school in Kapan, the 2nd school in Nor Khankavad, and the 2nd school in Gavar will be put into operation after being furnished with equipment. The schools were reconstructed in collaboration with the Territorial Development Fund of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure and the Asian Development Bank as part of a seismic safety improvement program. Wishing you all the best, dear students," wrote Papikyan.
