Another Georgian MP Tests Positive for Coronavirus

The Executive Secretary of the 'Our Georgia - Alliance for the Homeland' party, parliamentary member Gedevan Popkhadze, has tested positive for coronavirus, as reported by the party's press service on Facebook.

Popkhadze has been transferred to the Republican Hospital in Tbilisi due to high fever.

It is noteworthy that just days ago, coronavirus was detected in the political secretary of the same party, Levan Gogichashvili, and his wife, journalist Vika Bukhia from 'TV Pirveli'. Party leaders and others who had contact with those affected are now in self-isolation, as reported by Sputnik.
