158 New COVID-19 Cases Recorded in Georgia in One Day

In the last 24 hours, doctors in Georgia have identified COVID-19 in 158 individuals. The total number of confirmed cases of the infection in the country has reached 1,917, according to the StopCov website of the Georgian Ministry of Health.
According to the agency, 5,882 people are currently in quarantine, while 390 patients remain in hospitals under medical supervision. A total of 1,363 individuals have recovered from the virus, and 19 patients have succumbed to the disease.
