HHK Attempts Revival: Convincing Former Members

The newspaper ‘Zhamanak’ reports that the leadership of the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) has started efforts to engage former party members, trying to persuade them to renew their membership in the HHK. Party emissaries are meeting with those HHK members who have shown no political activity since the regime change, urging them to at least formally continue to identify as members of the HHK.

As previously mentioned, despite claims of hundreds of thousands of members, the HHK is left with only party functionaries or what are referred to as ‘salary earners’.
