The President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, has had a phone conversation with the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan. This was reported by the Kremlin's press service.
During the phone call, Vladimir Putin warmly congratulated the former Armenian President on his birthday. Earlier, a congratulatory telegram had also been sent to Robert Kocharyan by the President of Russia.
