Total Coronavirus Cases in Lori Province Reach 2135

The Spitak Medical Center will cease to serve individuals with coronavirus and will return to normal operations starting tomorrow. This information has been reported by the Lori Regional Administration.

Currently, there are 11 patients with coronavirus at the Spitak Medical Center. According to specialists' recommendations, the patients will either be discharged or transferred to Yerevan for continued treatment.

As of August 31, 2020, there have been a total of 2135 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Lori Province, with 32 reported deaths. A total of 1978 citizens have recovered, while 125 are still being treated. Among those receiving treatment, 26 are hospitalized and 99 are being cared for at home. Additionally, 572 citizens are in self-isolation.
