The State Revenue Committee Asks for Taxpayers' Understanding for Caused Inconvenience

The State Revenue Committee informs that on August 31 of this year, between 12:30 PM and 3:30 PM, the electronic management systems of the SRC experienced heavy load and disruptions due to optimization works. During this period, 2,698 accounting documents were electronically issued, and 1,828 reports were submitted. The SRC requests taxpayers' understanding for the inconvenience caused.

Regarding the detections of cases where tax employees did not provide cash register receipts to businesses throughout the day and the fines recorded as a result, it is reported that cash register devices can operate without connection (in autonomous mode) for 36 hours. We also inform that the works carried out in the SRC's electronic management systems could not in any way lead to disruptions in the operation of cash register devices.
