A. Khachatryan Allocates Millions from Personal Funds for Strengthening Borders

Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan summarized the day on his Facebook page, writing: "AS A SUMMARY OF THE DAY

Today, we visited the frontline with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan to oversee the fortification and engineering works aimed at enhancing the protection and security of our borders. It is no secret that such programs require substantial financial resources. Of course, the state covers all expenses, but it is very pleasant when this burden is shared by individuals who tirelessly work to build the country.

I am referring in this case to one of my best friends, Arthur Khachatryan (the one standing to my left in the photo), who allocates tens of millions of drams from his personal funds for strengthening the borders of the Homeland without making a fuss about it. We met him today 'on site,' alongside our legendary military officer and my good friend Haik Sargsyan (the one standing to my right in the photo). They are once again standing by our army, continuing their selfless service to the People, the Homeland, and the State.
