Human Rights Defender Appeals to International Organizations Regarding Violations of Armenian Soldier's Rights in Azerbaijan
In connection with the gross violations of the rights of Gurgen Alaverdyan, an officer of the Armed Forces of Armenia found in Azerbaijan, the Human Rights Defender has appealed to international organizations, including those related to videos involving him.
