Nikol Pashinyan Signs New Decision

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has signed a new decision regarding the implementation of the protocol on the procedure for the transfer of narcotic drugs, psychoactive substances and their components, weapons, their main parts, military ammunition, explosives, and explosive devices.

According to the second part of Article 18 of the Law on International Treaties and point 1 of the government decision No. 541-N of April 8, 2004, it is stated that the measure to ensure the implementation of the protocol signed on October 11, 2017, in Sochi, shall be established in accordance with the annex.
