Court Hearing in Hrayr Tovmasyan Case Postponed Due to Improper Notification of Indictment
The court hearing in the case of Constitutional Court judge Hrayr Tovmasyan has been postponed because the prosecution did not properly notify Tovmasyan of the established indictment.
This information was confirmed by Tovmasyan's lawyer, Mihran Poghosyan, in a conversation with Factinfo.
