Lydian Armenia Attacks Peaceful Residents Taking Advantage of 80% of Jermuk's Population Being in Yerevan, Says Local Resident
New information has emerged from Jermuk, stating that Lydian Armenia's security service attempted to launch an assault on several local friends who remained there, removing their parked vehicles. This was reported during a protest against the exploitation of the Amulsar mine by Jermuk resident Armen Khachatryan, who noted that there was an agreement for the vehicles to remain parked near Amulsar to allow for monitoring since the container houses had been removed.
“Lydian Armenia has attacked peaceful residents and tried to remove people and their cars from there, taking advantage of the fact that 80% of the city's population is in Yerevan. Now, women and children have come out against the security forces to halt their actions,” he stated, emphasizing that they will not back down from their struggle and that Amulsar will remain a mountain.
